Return and refund policy
Important: Please carefully read our return policy. There are no exceptions, because by making a purchase you agreed to our terms.
Returns:
Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or an exchange.
Conditions: Returned items must be in the same condition in which you received them – unused and in the original packaging. For products where hygiene is important, they must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.
Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, some products cannot be returned, such as underwear, women’s lingerie, stockings, and certain cosmetic items.
How to start the process: If you wish to return a product, send an email to: support@davidandsusan-ny.com with your order number, the reason for return, a photo of the damaged product (if applicable), and your contact details.
Refunds:
Procedure: After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed within 30 days to your credit card or original payment method.
Late or missing refund: If you haven’t received your refund after 30 days, first check your bank account. If you still haven’t received anything, please contact us at support@shophawtornridge.com
Costs:
Return costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for lost packages. Items must be returned to China, with shipping costs starting from $25, paid by the customer.
Exceptions:
Faulty or incorrect product: If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. If the issue happens again, we will refund the full purchase amount.
Order cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped, as our system is fully automated.
